We offer both Confirmed (guaranteed seat) and Standby travel options. Standby is a budget-friendly choice that provides the same high-touch care, love, and safety for your pet with travel-day flexibility. 🐾
1. What is Standby Travel? 🎫
Your flight nanny travels as a standby passenger on the flight. A seat is confirmed once ticketed passengers have boarded and open seats remain. If you prefer a guaranteed seat and exact flight schedule, our Confirmed Travel option is best for you. ✨
2. How We Maximize Boarding Success 📈
We monitor live flight loads in advance, check in as early as possible, and route early morning flights with backup connections so your pet has the highest chance of getting on board smoothly. 🛫
3. Same-Day Flights & Nanny Care 🤍
Because standby depends on real-time seat availability, same-day flights cannot be guaranteed. If a nanny doesn't get on a flight, your pet is never left alone—our nanny stays with them, keeping them safe, pampered, and comfortable until the next available flight or safe return. 🐶
4. Weather, Delays & Travel Day Expectations 🌤️
Severe weather or carrier delays can shift standby schedules. Standby requires flexibility and open communication—we keep you updated every step of the way so you always know your pet's exact status. 📱
